Overview
The ServiceMerge REST API gives qualifying business customers programmatic access to their account data — customers, jobs, invoices, estimates, employees, and more. If the admin dashboard can do it, you can do it from the API.
Status: The public API is currently in private beta. It is available to Enterprise-plan customers and approved integration partners. General availability is planned for late 2026.
What you can build
- Custom dashboards — pull jobs, revenue, and technician metrics into your BI tool of choice.
- Data pipelines — sync ServiceMerge records to your data warehouse nightly.
- Industry-specific workflows — trigger custom logic when a job status changes, an invoice is paid, or a customer is created.
- Third-party integrations — connect to tools we don't integrate with natively.
- Mobile or back-office automations — automate repetitive office tasks on top of your live operational data.
